We offer Impact Leadership Coaching to support VCs on their journey towards investing for positive impact on people and planet. We know from our community and direct work with investors that such a move can be challenging at times, both at a personal and organisational level. Our coaching offering is designed to support leaders effectively navigate their impact journeys and deal with this range of challenges in the most effective way possible.

How does it work?

Each coaching engagement is tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients, and pricing is determined based on your individual circumstances. For VCs, coaching typically ranges from £250 to £350 + VAT per session, with opportunities to apply for bursaries based on your specific situation.

A coaching session usually lasts 1 hour and takes place on a fortnightly basis in an online format. Coaching engagements are expected to last between 3-6 months, depending on the nature of your coaching goal.

You will also have the opportunity to build meaningful connections with other VCs who are also part of the programme through informal meetups.
