Impact leadership coaching for VCs
We are launching our leadership coaching offering to support VCs on their journey towards investing for positive impact on people and planet. We know from our community and direct work with investors that such a move can be challenging at times, both at a personal and organisational level. Our coaching offering is designed to support leaders effectively navigate their impact journeys and deal with this range of challenges in the most effective way possible.
Our approach to coaching is founded in solid coaching expertise and experience, as well as an in-depth understanding of the intersection of venture capital and impact.

How does it work?
Coaching engagements are designed on a client-by-client basis and pricing will depend on your specific situation. There are opportunities to apply for bursaries.
A coaching session usually lasts 1 hour and takes place on a fortnightly basis in an online format. Coaching engagements are expected to last between 3-6 months, depending on the nature of your coaching goal.
You will have the opportunity to build meaningful connections with other VCs who are also part of the programme through informal meetups.
